This Privacy Policy explains how DepoDepot of Lafayette, Louisiana (“DepoDepot,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the DepoDispatch platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.
When you create an account, complete your provider profile, add team members, schedule or accept a job, or contact us, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, firm, home city and service area, credentials, and the details of the jobs you post or accept. We use it to operate the Service, match jobs to Providers by location, send notifications, and provide the features you request.
We automatically collect limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, device information, sign-in times, and pages visited) to operate and secure the Service, and we record sign-in activity for account security. We may use analytics tools to understand usage; these may set cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
We use information to: operate and improve the Service; create and manage accounts and provider profiles; route deposition jobs to the appropriate Providers based on location and pool membership; send job offers, confirmations, reminders, and account or transactional messages; provide customer support; secure the Service and prevent abuse; and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information. To make the Service work, certain information is shared as necessary — for example, when you accept a job, relevant contact and scheduling details are shared with the scheduling party (and vice versa); firm administrators can see the members and rosters of their firm. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, and analytics) under confidentiality obligations, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
You can control your notification preferences (email/text, instant or digest) in your account settings. Transactional and account-related messages are part of the Service. Any marketing email includes an unsubscribe option.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Service and comply with law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access and update most account and profile information in your settings, and you may request correction or deletion of your account information, or ask questions about this Policy, by contacting support@depodispatch.com.
The Service is intended for legal professionals and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
